[COTTAGE WITH POOL ]
A small, efficient apartment ! 30m2 well organized. The bachelor pad has everything a big one! SLEEP KING-SIZE The bed thrones right in the center, as the main element of the space. He sits facing the bay, facing the TV... COOK IF I WANT The kitchen is discreet. She nestles in a corner and I can't see her from my bed 😉. On the other hand, if I want to do a little cooking, I can. TAKE IT EASY IN THE SALON A small lounge area with a real sofa. TERRACE SECRET It's still cool to have your own terrace. Drink coffee in your pants, rebuild the world over an aperitif without anyone to contradict you. The small, private and intimate courtyard is hidden under a tumbling Virginia creeper (from April to November). DECO SIDE Pure white is omnipresent. It is everywhere. The blond wood brings that softness that we expect from a cocoon. The fairly dark raw stone provides contrast. The very, very old refinished wooden door, the just sanded beams... and this iron beam which crosses the room and (just) supports the whole building! FOR THE LITTLE STORY... Originally, this studio was designed for Rémi, so that he could stay at home all his life! I thought that with possible autonomy, he would not have the idea of looking for a bachelor pad. I hoped that he wouldn't abandon me in this big (and terrifying) house when his father, at the time, spent his life on the move!!! In fact, I believe that he left the nest when I was finishing the arrangement. Studio 50, or 50 Shades, was the first accommodation. He saw this adventure born, he undoubtedly made it possible. In 2022, after 7 years of good and loyal service, it was high time to correct everything that had been done despite common sense! First we released the stone. A treasure hidden under a plain placo as fun as an autopsy room. Then, we opened this low ceiling, level with the helmet, for Snow White's friends and discovered the oak, pine or chestnut beams (according to my father)! Beams so terrible that you can't imagine the room without them... And finally, just for a good laugh, we moved the bathroom to the back to leave the kitchen in the front... very close to the terrace, which just seems logical! When you write it down, it goes quickly😜... in reality, it's a little longer.

PERCER LE MYSTÈRE DE LA TRUFFE NOIRE...
The black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) is an emblematic product and yet loaded with secrets... Dig the truffle with a dog, smell its very particular scent, understand everything about its culture and taste it on the best restaurants, a whole program... Unravel the mystery of our black diamond. RICHERENCES TRUFFLE MARKET On Saturday mornings, from January to March, 33 kilometers from Condorcet, the largest truffle market in France is held. During the truffle season, nearly 700 kg of truffles pass through each week! The small medieval village then becomes all winter the essential meeting place for producers with restaurateurs, traders, brokers... a unique spectacle of its kind!
BE AMAZED BY LAVENDER BLUE
The village of Condorcet is located on the lavender route. Here, in DROME PROVENCALE, lavender is everywhere! From mid-June to the end of July, the legendary plant of Provence is in flower and it's amazing! The landscapes are tinged with powerful, almost magical hues. Lavender is displayed as far as the eye can see in our Regional Natural Park of the Baronnies of Provence. A natural break to the song of the cicadas. A small fragrant bouquet, essential oil with countless virtues or just a super fun selfie... everyone takes a little lavender. MAIN VARIETIES OF LAVENDER REAL LAVENDER | MAILLETTE | LAVENDER NEWT | LAVENDER STOECHADE | LAVENDER THE LAVENDER ROUTE DRÔME PROVENÇALE CIRCUIT IN HAUT VAUCLUSE: A journey of 130 kilometers which crosses our most beautiful villages. (VILLAGES: La Bégude de Mazenc, Poët Laval, Salles sous Bois, Grignan, rie, La Garde Adhémar , Richerenches, Vinsobres, Nyons, Saint Ferreol Trente Pas).
ADMIRAL OUR VULTURE COLONY
At the bend of a cliff, they are there, majestic, just above. The vultures reintroduced in the Baronnies Provençales Natural Park are among the largest birds of prey in Europe. They now fly daily over the Aygues gorges... A weekend in the countryside to meet the Vultures? Many of you come every year to photograph them... to try it at least 😉. The village of Saint May is just 18 kilometers from the Bastide. A wonderful perched village overlooking the valley where a river flows. In the village, head towards “old village” via a steep and stony path. From the parking lot, it's a 30-minute walk. (The sign announces a quarter of an hour, it must be running 🤓). No shade, it's in full sun but how beautiful it is!!! Arrival at the cross, on the rock of Cairo, Altitude 780m, a 360° view!
